Standard Delivery

All stocked items are usually dispatched the same or next day. 

Framed prints are usually held in stock, and are dispatched as above.

XL Framed prints are made to order, these are dispatched directly from the manufacturer. This is usually between 7-10 working days but please be mindful that that dispatch times may vary and is a guide only.

Please contact the studio if you have a special date needed for a made to order item (eg for a gift) and we will see what we can do to help you!

Express Delivery

Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day with the express delivery option. Please select this at checkout. Please note that this option is only available for stocked items and not made to order.

 

SHIPPING 

Orders of stocked items placed before 2pm are usually sent out the same day. Any order placed after 2pm will be sent the following working day. Please note that orders are not dispatched on Saturdays or Sundays.

Made to order items have a varying lead time, these are detailed on each product page. We will keep in touch with you throughout the manufacturing process and let you know when your items are dispatched.

 

HOW AND WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

All of our products are designed by Fay at the Print Circus studio in Staffordshire, using a mixture of traditional art and design, and illustrative techniques.  All of our products are made in the UK, our relationships with our suppliers are so important to us!  We know our products are luxurious and the best the can absolutely be.

Our paper products are printed onto FSC accredited stocks. Most of our paper products and components are made using GF Smith papers. 

 

IS MY TRANSACTION SECURE?

Your privacy and safety whilst shopping on our site is our top priority. Your personal data is safe and secure and will never be sold on to a third party. Transactions on our site are secured to ensure that your personal information (especially your name, address and credit card number) stays out of the wrong hands, and cannot be read or intercepted as it travels to our payment processing system. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?

Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to you (shipping costs are non-refundable). Only items which are returned in perfect condition can be refunded. Bespoke work and commissions are non-refundable. Please see our returns policy page for more detailed information.

 

THE PRODUCT I WANT TO ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK.

While we do our best there may be instances when an item is unavailable. In this case, please feel free to contact us about your interest in our products and we'll notify you by email the date the item is expected back in stock.

 

ARE YOU ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY?

We are forward thinking and serious about environmental issues, and our responsibility as a supplier. We print on FSC certified paper stock and recycled materials. We re-use and recycle our packaging wherever possible and we use local suppliers. We use as little plastic as possible in packaging and we are always looking for ways to improve. ARE YOU AVAILABLE FOR COMMISSIONS / BESPOKE WORK?

As well as being a brand we also act as a design studio and are available to take on custom design and illustration work on a limited basis. Please email the studio directly with as much detail as possible and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

 

HOW LONG DO COMMISSIONS TAKE?

The time it takes for bespoke work depends on the scope of each project. Please contact us for more information.
